These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Replete mobile app (the "App"), operated by Replete ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What Replete is
Replete is a nutrition companion for plant-based eaters. It lets you scan meals, estimates the nutrients in them, and helps you understand and close common nutritional gaps.
Not medical advice. Replete provides estimates and general nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice. Nutrient values are approximate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, supplements, or health — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing
Replete is free to download and requires a paid subscription to use. We currently offer:
- Monthly — $4.99 per month
- Annual — $29.99 per year
New subscriptions may include a 3-day free trial. The following terms apply:
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you don't cancel a free trial before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App except as permitted by law;
- interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or its supporting services.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. Because your meal data is stored on your device, you are responsible for it. Any feedback you choose to send us may be used to operate and improve the App.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and the Replete name and logo are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that food detection or nutrient estimates are accurate or complete, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
