These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Replete mobile app (the "App") ("Replete", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What Replete is

Replete is a food tracker paired with a short course on what to eat. You log a meal by photographing it, scanning a barcode, saying it out loud or typing it. Replete then estimates the calories and macros in it, sums up the plate in a short line, flags added sugar, saturated fat and salt, and teaches you about food with one short lesson a day. Every figure, summary and flag is an estimate, and you can correct the foods and amounts behind them.

Not medical advice. Replete gives general nutrition information and estimates. It is not medical advice, it is not a medical device, and it is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition. Its figures come from AI estimates, which can be wrong. Talk to a doctor or a dietitian before changing how you eat, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, living with or recovering from an eating disorder, managing a medical condition, or taking medication for weight loss or diabetes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Replete is free to download, and tracking is free. The free tier includes 10 photo scans a week (Monday to Sunday), unlimited barcode scans and typed or spoken meals, the dashboard, your history, every plate's summary and flags, your own calorie target, the first 5 lessons, and the quick facts and games. No account is needed.

An optional subscription, sold in the App as "the program", unlocks the full course (one lesson a day for about 13 to 14 weeks), the habit plan with its reminders, and unlimited photo scans. We currently offer:

Annual: $39.99 per year.
Weekly: $4.99 per week.

There is no free trial: the free features let you use the App for as long as you like before deciding.

The following terms apply:

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
The price shown in the App Store or Google Play, in your local currency, is the price you pay. Prices may vary by region and over time.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we can't issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose;
reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App except as permitted by law;
interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or its supporting services.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. When you send a photo or a description to be read, you let us pass it to our AI providers for that purpose only, as our Privacy Policy explains. Because your meal data is stored on your device, you are responsible for it, and we can't recover it if the App is deleted. Any feedback you choose to send us may be used to operate and improve the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and the Replete name and logo are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that food detection, nutrient estimates or plate summaries are accurate or complete, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
